Timothy Groeneweg is a hospitality expert with a huge experience. After successfully finishing his studies at the Hotel School in The Hague, Tim opened his own restaurant in Amstelveen when he was only 20 years old. Tim likes to be challenged, and since his restaurant dream already came true at such an early age, he wanted to challenge himself even more and was not ready to stop learning yet or settling for something already. Tim wanted to be a world citizen and broaden his view by taking on a new experience in the Middle East in Abu Dhabi, where his abroad adventure began. Tim soon found out Abu Dhabi was too small as well, and went on to work at one of the biggest resorts in the world in Dubai, UAE: Atlantis The Palm.
After running over 14 restaurants successfully for years, even this challenge came to an end and Tim wanted to be more creative and productive, instead of managing the daily routines. Therefore, he went on to JW Marriott Marquis, where he opened on of the finest rooftop bars that’s still thriving with amazing views over the Dubai Skyline. After turning the restaurants and bars around at this location, a new step followed by moving to Doha, Qatar for a chance in scenery at the W hotel. Tim could let his creativity flow wild and free here, and he created interactive, insane concepts which are still in place until this very day.
A new opportunity brought him back to Dubai where he is successfully implementing new bar and restaurant formula’s at IHG, and became the number 1 brunch location in Dubai within 9 months of opening a new hotel! After winning many awards and creating lots of successful concepts and themed events, Tim is ready for a new challenge and can’t wait to have a creative burst once again, but this time to help you and your organization!.

Justin grew up in a small village in The Netherlands, near Amsterdam. After finishing High School, he moved to Amsterdam and started his career in the tourism business by joining his family’s business at the Zaanse Schans in Zaandam, an authentic windmill village near Amsterdam dating back to the 17th century with over 2 million yearly visitors. Justin build up his knowledge by exploring and witnessing every part of the family business, starting at the bottom, and working his way up. Starting his career at only 17 years old, the buildup 15+ years of experience in tourism has made him an expert when it comes to touristic visions, wishes and expectations of the international visitor and differences in cultures and how to handle them.
He’s also a leader with family etiquettes and values as top priorities, and he strongly believes that if colleagues are happy, the customer will be happy too! This vision is shared with his father Willem and brother Robin, who he still runs the family business with nowadays. Managing a business that is open 365 days per year, 7 days a week is something that he loves doing the most, and always making the guests feel special every day of the year.
During the start of the covid pandemic in 2020, Justin decided, together with 8 other board members, to not let his head down, and co-founded the Travel Trade Holland Foundation. In addition to his own family business, he is a secretary at this foundation and always on the lookout for opportunities to market Holland as a country and as a destination to travelers. All the experience gathered from the last 15+ years is put to work within Two Dutchmen in the form of consultancy for (touristic) attractions, locations or areas that would like to expand their (inter)national business. Justin is an expert in strategies for the long run and is determined to take your project to the next level!
He’s a creative mastermind and in combination with Tim, and unbeatable team that makes every dream come through! Justin loves to learn and read and is always trying to find the newest solutions and knowledge there is on multiple subjects. Being a frequent traveler, Justin has seen a lot of the world and experienced even more on all hospitality levels to give you the best advice you need on customer journey and experience.
